8(a) STARS III

8(a) STARS III is a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide technology solutions to Federal agencies from exceptionally qualified 8(a) small businesses. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is designated as a Best in Class (BIC) contract vehicle and it provides Federal government agencies an easy-to-use, streamlined procurement solution to purchase information technology services from 8(a) Prime contractors.

Novus Technology Partners, Inc. was recently awarded the GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC by the US General Services Administration. 8(a) STARS III, is GSA’s fourth-generation 8(a) GWAC. The scope of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC is centered on North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541512, but may include other NAICS codes that are predominately IT services. These may include, but are not limited to, 541511, 541513, 541519, and 518210. The contract offers IT services ranging from simple to complex and services-based solutions such helpdesk support, information assurance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more.
